| | Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions Policies
Substitute delegates for a given event are welcome up to 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than three weeks prior to the start of the conference and a refund will be issued minus £40.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellation received less than three weeks prior to the start of the event shall be deemed to be a breach of this contract by client, and no refund will be given.
Great Events Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers, or to cancel, postpone or reschedule the conference if registration criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the conference is not held or rescheduled for any reason, our liability is limited to a credit voucher for only the conference delegate fee.
